Town & Country - Bandelier National Park

Santa Fe is bigger than Taos & we visited an interesting museum & an adobe church.

Out of town we visited Bandelier National Park near Los Alamos where indians lived in cliff dwellings, where we climbed up series of ladders to crawl inside holes in the cliff to see where they lived. It was amazing!!! The biggest ladder was up 140 feet to the ceremonial cave.

On our north back to Colorado we also visited Echo Amphitheatre - a massive natural amphitheatre where the boys loved yelling & hearing their echoes. It was very dry here & desert like with cactus flowers

We also drove past Indian reservations. The boys are loving learning about the indians & of course dressing up as well!!
